The new Syntesis® Flush Collection from Eclisse is a range of architrave free pocket door systems, concealed frame hinged door systems and an ingenious skirting board adaptor that allows your skirting to be flush with the walls.
Innovative and unique design features are abundant in the products across the Eclisse portfolio and the Syntesis® Flush Collection is no exception. Syntesis® Flush Door Systems do not require jambs or architrave and have a special edge profile to allow for a crisp plaster finish up to the edge.
Strength and Rigidity
The Syntesis® Flush range has been carefully designed to be the strong and rigid. The frames are made from high strength extruded aluminium 2kg/m and flex is reduced to a minimum using strong aluminium profiles and reinforced joints to reduce the risk of plaster cracks to a very minimum.
The Difference is in the Detail
The Syntesis® Flush Hinged Door Systems can be supplied with or without doors. The doors supplied are light yet strong hollow core doors with double thickness stiles and rails for great rigidity. For doors 2000mm and higher a tensioner rod is included to ensure the flatness of the door for a perfect flush finish. The Syntesis® Flush Hinged Door Systems also come with three concealed hinges, adjustable in three axes. The system includes a magnetic latch, which means the door stays flush and is quiet when closing.
The Syntesis® Flush Pocket Door Systems come with runners that have been tested to 100,000 cycles. That’s over 25 years of normal use. Another important feature is that the runners are enclosed in the track and therefore cannot jump out. Smooth and strong they are able to hold a door panel weight of up to 100Kg, but most doors are nowhere near that heavy.
